US real estate investing

Real Estate Cold Caller

7-min interview

Call US homeowners for real estate investors, find the ones open to selling, and hand them over with clear notes.

Scored on

  • Clear on the phone. Easy to understand at phone speed: names, numbers and addresses come through.
  • Opens like a neighbour. Name, company, the property and one easy question within seconds; calm, not salesy.
  • Handles the reflexes. Acknowledges, answers honestly, asks one question, never argues.
  • Covers the four pillars. Condition, timeline, motivation and price, one question at a time.
  • Knows the limits. Never guesses an offer, never claims to be an agent, stops when asked.

How we score

An AI model scores each skill from 1 to 10 on the candidate's answers, on one scale for every career. Our team reviews results before anyone is listed, and can correct a score after listening.

ScoreWhat it means
9–10Exceptional
7–8Ready for an entry-level US client role in this career
5–6Not yet: close, needs practice
1–4Far off for now

Spoken English, measured from the audio

Every spoken answer is rated 1–10 on:

  • Clarity
  • Fluency
  • Intelligibility
  • Pace
  • Confidence

Intelligibility is about being understood on the first try by a US listener, not about sounding American.

Also on every profile

  • A short neutral summary of what the candidate showed
  • Red flags, if any, based only on the answers
  • A voice intro, and the hours they can work in US time

Two ways to use it

Hire from our verified candidates

Tell us the seat and your hours. Browse anonymous profiles, send offers, and pay EGP 5,000 (about $100) when a candidate accepts. You pay their salary directly; we never sit in the wage chain.

Screen your own applicants

For agencies and call teams hiring at volume: send your applicants a link to the same voice interview, with up to three of your own questions, and get every answer scored. Your applicants are never listed for anyone else. Running as a pilot.

US hours from Cairo (2026)

Most of the yearCairo is 7 hours ahead of New York

An evening shift in Cairo covers the US Eastern day; a full Pacific day runs to about 3am in Cairo.

Calling rules our candidates learn

  • Call 8am–9pm in the homeowner's time zone (some states are stricter).
  • Say your name and company; never claim to be an agent.
  • "Don't call me": apologise, confirm, end the call, mark it. The cold caller interview checks this.

From our free US calling rules lesson. Practical, not legal advice: your dialer schedule and counsel decide.

A first week that works

  • Your script, or the points you want covered (the interview already checks the opener, the reflexes and the four pillars)
  • List access and a dialer login, plus your call windows in each US time zone you dial
  • CRM stages and what counts as a hot, warm or cold lead for your buy box
  • Your do-not-call process: how a request is marked during the call
  • The KPIs you'll judge the first two weeks on, and a daily recording review

We don't promise lead counts: you manage your hire, and results depend on your lists, script and dialer.
