Why hire remote talent from Egypt instead of the Philippines or Latin America?
- Egypt sits in a US/UK-friendly timezone (GMT+2), produces ~500,000 university graduates per year, and has one of the highest English-proficiency rates in the MENA region. Salaries are 60–80% lower than US equivalents, with overlap on both US-East and UK working hours. The talent pool is especially strong for outbound voice work, SaaS sales, and B2B virtual assistance.
How much does it cost to hire an Egyptian remote worker?
- Full-time roles typically start around $500/month for entry-level support and run up to $1,800/month for experienced SaaS AEs and senior VAs. Cold callers usually land at $600–$1,200/mo plus commission. You set the offer; candidates accept or counter. There are no markups or recruiter cuts on top.
How good is the English level?
- Most candidates in our pool are B2 to C1 on the CEFR scale. Every profile carries a recorded English voice sample plus a separate AI-scored English fluency rating (1–10). For client-facing US/UK voice roles we recommend filtering for an English score of 8+.
Can Egyptian cold callers really sound American? Will my US leads notice the accent?
- Yes — our top-tier cold callers speak with neutral to American-leaning English and have been used on US real estate wholesaling, solar, mortgage and SaaS outbound campaigns where the seller had no idea the caller was based in Cairo. Every profile carries a recorded voice sample so you can hear the accent before you hire. For accent-sensitive roles (US homeowner cold calls, high-ticket B2B) filter for an English fluency score of 8+ and listen to the sample.
Are your cold callers experienced with real estate wholesaling dialers like Mojo, Batch and CallTools?
- Yes. A large share of our cold-caller pool comes out of US real estate wholesaling — they're fluent in Mojo Dialer, Batch Dialer, CallTools, PhoneBurner, ReadyMode and Aircall, and used to running 150–300 dials a day with disciplined dispositioning. We also have wholesaling VAs trained on REISift, Podio, GoHighLevel (GHL) and skip-tracing workflows for lead intake, dispo follow-up and acquisitions support.
How are you different from REI VA, Shore Agents, Dial By Daylight or other VA agencies?
- Those are agencies — you rent a seat, they own the contract, and a percentage of what you pay every month goes to them forever. We're a direct-hire marketplace. You hire the person yourself, the contract is between you and them, you pay them their full salary directly, and we charge one flat placement fee when the hire is made. After that, there is no monthly markup, no buy-out clause, and no agency between you and your team.
Can Egyptian agents cover US or UK business hours?
- Yes. Egypt is GMT+2 — that means full overlap with UK business hours and a clean 4–5 hour overlap with US Eastern (and most candidates are happy to work US-aligned shifts, including PST and weekends). For 24/7 coverage, we can pair an Egypt-based shift with a US-based one.
How do you vet candidates?
- Every candidate completes a structured AI-scored voice interview (English, tone, role-specific competence), submits a verified government ID, and provides a typing/internet speed test. For sales and cold-calling roles we add a live cold-call simulation. We reject roughly 92% of applicants.
Is this a VA agency or a staffing firm?
- Neither. We're a direct-hire marketplace. You hire the person yourself, manage them yourself, and pay them their full salary directly. We just match, vet and place — and we only charge a one-time placement fee when you make a hire. There is no ongoing markup on their salary, no monthly retainer, and no agency sitting between you and your hire.
Do I pay a subscription?
- No. You pay one flat one-time placement fee per hire — and that's it. No per-CV fees, no monthly seats, no recurring commission on their salary. From month one you pay the talent directly.
Who owns the relationship with the hire?
- You do, fully. The contract is directly between you and the hire — we never sit on top of it. There are no buy-out clauses, no non-competes against the talent, and no risk of the agency 'reassigning' your person to another client. They work for you.
What if it doesn’t work out?
- Every placement includes a 14-day swap guarantee. If the first week doesn’t click, we swap the hire at no extra cost
Are they employees or contractors?
- Independent contractors by default — you engage them directly on a contractor agreement (template provided). You can pay them via Wise, Payoneer, Deel, or local wire. If you'd rather have one consolidated USD invoice each month, we can plug in an EOR partner on request.
