Is it really free to apply?+

Yes. Applying and the interview cost you nothing. The businesses that hire you pay us — that's how this works.

What kind of work?+

Most employers ask for US real estate cold callers, so those careers come first: cold caller, lead manager, acquisitions and dispositions assistant. There's also appointment setting, sales development, phone and chat support, technical support and virtual assistant work. Each has its own short skills interview.

Can I try more than one career?+

Yes. You apply once, then add careers from your profile page, including ones outside your field. After your first interview, each new career is a shorter interview of its own, and employers see every career you qualify for.

How does the referral payment work?+

If a friend sent you their link, you're already linked to them; if not, add their phone number when you apply. Once you're hired and pass the guarantee period (14 working days), they get a thank-you payment. Anyone can earn this way, by referring people or businesses: see Refer & earn.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?+

We give businesses fourteen working days to swap a hire at no extra cost. Read the full guarantee on our Guarantee page.

Will my employer find out I'm looking?+

No. Your profile is fully anonymized — only your scores and voice sample are visible. Your name, phone and email only unlock once you accept an offer.
