1. Who we are

Hire Now ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects businesses with vetted remote talent. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be 18+ to use Hire Now.

3. For candidates

Information you submit (interviews, voice samples, profile details) may be shared anonymously with businesses. Contact details are only revealed after you accept an offer. You agree the information you provide is accurate.

4. For businesses

You agree to use candidate data only for hiring purposes, to honor any accepted offer in good faith, and to pay applicable hire fees. Misuse of candidate contact information is grounds for account termination.

5. Hire fees and guarantee

Hire fees and our 14-day swap guarantee are described on the Guarantee page. Placement fees are non-refundable; if a hire isn't a fit within 14 working days we replace them at no extra cost.

6. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, scraping, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass the platform to avoid fees. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee a hire, a job, or any specific outcome. Hire Now isn't a party to the employment relationship between businesses and candidates.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
