A worked example
Say you hire a caller on $800 a month. These are illustrations, so plug in your own numbers.
- With Hire Now: $9,600 in salary in the first year plus $1,500 once, $11,100 in total. From the second year, just the salary.
- With a 20% monthly markup (how agencies that run payroll often charge): $1,920 on top of the salary, every year the person works for you.

Questions
- Is there a subscription?
- No. There are no subscriptions, seats or CV fees. You pay once per hire.
- What if I hire two people?
- The fee is per hire: $1,500 each.
- Do you take a cut of the salary?
- No. You pay the person directly, in the way you agree with them, and Hire Now takes nothing from their wages.
- What is the $200 deposit?
- Before you send offers or see candidates' contact details, we ask for a $200 deposit to protect candidates from off-platform poaching. Refundable in full after your first hire or when you close your account, or credited to your first hire fee if you ask.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer in USD for now. We share the payment details when you're ready, and a person checks every payment.
- What if the hire doesn't work out?
- If a hire isn't a fit within 14 working days, we provide a free replacement. Placement fees are non-refundable.
- Do candidates pay anything?
- Never. Candidates don't pay to apply, interview or be hired.
