Over 12 months

  • Hire Now$9,700

$100 once + $800 a month. About $100 once, then the pay you agree, paid directly.

  • Placement agency$11,600

    $2,000 once + $800 a month. A one-time fee, then the pay, paid directly.

  • Managed staffing$23,856

$1,988 a month. One monthly price that includes the worker's pay.

  • US hire$41,600

$3,467 a month. Wages only: before payroll taxes, benefits and equipment.

Hire Now's fee is EGP 5,000 (about $100); the dollar figure moves with the exchange rate. Other providers' prices are as they publish them, checked October 2026; all of them, with sources, are in VA and cold caller companies compared.

What the totals leave out

  • A US hire's payroll taxes, benefits and equipment, which add to the wage.
  • What each option does for you: managed staffing runs payroll and replacements; with Hire Now or a placement agency you hire, pay and manage the person yourself.
  • Replacement terms: Hire Now replaces a hire who isn't a fit within 14 working days; agencies' windows differ, so ask.
  • Your time: training and managing a caller costs the same whichever way you hire.
