Hire Now is a skills-first hiring platform built in Egypt. Candidates show what they can do in a free skills interview; US teams hear them and hire them directly, for calling, customer support and assistant work. All remote, and candidates never pay.

Why we built this

Good people get lost in the CV pile.

Talented Egyptians apply to remote US jobs on LinkedIn, Upwork and Wuzzuf and often never hear back. Some meet fake recruiters who ask for "training fees", or jobs that disappear after a few weeks.

US teams, meanwhile, need English-speaking people for calls, support and admin, and a CV can't tell them who will actually be good on the phone or with an upset customer.

Hire Now fixes the part in the middle: a short interview built from the real job, scored the same way for everyone, and an anonymous profile employers can hear before they decide. Employers pay us when they hire. Candidates never pay, ever.

What makes Hire Now different

Skills, not CVs

You pick a career and do a short skills interview (about 7 minutes): four tasks from the real job, scored on the skills it needs, the same way for everyone. You see your scores and tips straight away.

Approved employers, direct hiring

Our team approves every employer before they can see profiles. The employer hires you and pays you directly; Hire Now never handles your wages. Our pay guidance is $400–$1,500/month, depending on the career.

We stand behind each hire

Employers get a 14-day swap guarantee: if a hire isn't a fit within 14 working days, we find them a replacement. It never costs the candidate anything.
