How we use it

• To run the AI interview and score your profile.
• To show anonymized profiles to businesses (no contact info until you accept an offer).
• To send transactional notifications about offers and account actions.
• To improve the product and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. Contact info is shared with a business only after you accept their offer. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, AI, OTP verification) under data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@hire-now.xyz.
