How it works

    Send it to people and businesses you know: a message, your WhatsApp groups, your university or work network.

    We do the rest

    Candidates take the skills interview and a phone and video check before they're listed; businesses hear them and hire directly. You don't interview anyone.

    You get paid

    Once a hire passes the guarantee period (14 working days), we pay you by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or bank transfer.

How to refer people who get hired

You're paid for hires, not clicks. A few good referrals beat a hundred random ones, and they keep your name good with the people you send.

Who to refer

  • Speaks clear English on the phone. An accent is fine; being easy to follow isn't optional.
  • Stays calm and polite when someone says no.
  • Can work US hours, often 4pm to midnight Cairo time.
  • Has a quiet room, a headset and a stable internet connection.
  • Actually wants this work, and will show up for the interview and the job.

A two-minute check before you send the link

  • Call them and talk in English for two minutes. Could someone in the US follow them easily?
  • Ask them to say the first tasks of the interview out loud.
  • Not ready yet? Send them the free lessons first. Your link still counts when they apply later.

What to tell them, honestly

  • It's free: Hire Now never charges candidates.
  • The skills interview takes about 7 minutes on their phone, and they see their scores straight away.
  • Employers hire them directly and pay their salary. Hire Now takes nothing from wages.
  • Don't promise a job: the interview decides who's listed, and employers decide who they hire.

Referring a business

  • Good fits: US real estate investors and wholesalers, and teams hiring cold callers, appointment setters, support agents or assistants.
  • Send your business link. The sample profile shows what they'll see.
  • The facts to share: they hear candidates before they hire, pay one fee per hire (EGP 5,000 (about $100)), nothing on wages, with a 14-day swap guarantee.

The rules

  • Never ask anyone, candidate or business, for money. It's against the law for candidates, and it ends your referrals.
  • No fake, repeated or invented applications. They're caught and don't count.
  • You can't refer yourself or your own company.
  • No spam: share where people want to hear about work.
  • Refer as many real people and businesses as you like: there's no limit.
  • We may cancel a referral that breaks these rules.
