Do I need experience to apply for Cold Caller?
No. The tasks test how you handle the work, not your CV. If you're new, say so in the quick questions: beginners are scored on what they do in the tasks, not on past jobs.
Is it free?
Yes. Candidates never pay Hire Now anything. Employers pay us when they hire.
How is the interview scored?
Each skill is scored from 1 to 10 from your answers, plus your spoken English. 7 means ready for an entry-level role. You see your scores and tips as soon as you finish.
Who pays my salary?
