- We send a replacement shortlist within 48 hours — no extra fee.
What's covered
- Communication issues, no-shows, misrepresented skills, attitude problems.
- Candidate ghosting after start.
What's not covered
- Refunds of the placement fee — we re-match, we don't refund.
- Salary disputes or scope changes from your side.
- Termination after the 14 working days have passed.
- Misuse of candidate contact info or attempts to hire off-platform.
