A cold caller starts the conversations your closers finish. On a normal shift that means working a dialer through a lead list, holding the first ten seconds when a stranger picks up, handling the usual brush-offs ("not interested", "just send an email", "how did you get my number"), qualifying interest against your criteria, and either booking the next step or logging a clean note in your CRM.
