Real Estate VA and Cold Caller Companies for Wholesalers (2026): Prices Compared

Placement agencies, managed VA staffing, call centers and marketplaces for wholesalers: what each charges, linked to its source, and who each one fits.

Many of the "best real estate VA companies" lists we found in search were written by one of the companies on them, which ranked itself first. This one is written by Hire Now, which is on it too. So every price below links to the company's own page, each kind of company gets an honest "who it fits", and we list what we don't offer. Prices were checked on each company's site in October 2026. They change, so check the linked page before you rely on one.

Managed staffing prices include the worker's pay; placement fees and Hire Now's fee don't, because you pay the person directly. Compare a year of each, not the headline. Job boards such as OnlineJobs.ph and Upwork charge employers subscriptions or service fees rather than a placement fee; our Upwork comparison has its fees.

Who each fits

  • A placement agency if you want a recruiter to search for you, you need a senior seat such as a closer or a transaction coordinator, or you want a longer replacement window.
  • Managed staffing if you don't want to handle contracts, payroll or replacements, and you're happy to pay every month for that.
  • A calling service or call center if you want calls made next week without hiring or training anyone.
  • A job board if you have the time to screen many applicants yourself.
  • Hire Now if you want to hear a caller and see how they handled real seller situations before you pay, you're happy to hire and pay the person directly, and the seat is a cold caller, lead manager, acquisitions assistant or dispositions assistant.

What Hire Now doesn't do

  • No acquisition managers (closers) or transaction coordinators yet.
  • We don't employ or manage the person: you hire them, pay them and manage their work.
  • Our guarantee is 14 working days, shorter than the 30 to 90 days some agencies offer.
  • We're new, so this page compares how each model works, not track records.

Questions to ask any provider

  • Can I hear a real call or a role-play, not a script read aloud?
  • What exactly did the candidate do to pass your screening?
  • Who employs the person, and who pays them?
  • What does it cost beyond the headline price: setup fees, minimum hours, conversion fees?
  • What happens if they leave in week three?

Common questions

How much do real estate VA and cold caller companies charge?
It depends on the model. Among companies that publish prices (checked October 2026), placement agencies charge a one-time fee, such as $2,000–$2,500 per hire for a caller or lead manager at Vita Talent, and managed staffing bills by the hour or month, from $8.50–$14.50 an hour at VA Masters to $1,988 a month and up at MyOutDesk. Hire Now charges EGP 5,000 (about $100) once per hire.
What is the difference between a placement agency and managed VA staffing?
A placement agency finds the person and you employ them, for a one-time fee. Managed staffing keeps the person on its own payroll and bills you every hour or month, and handles HR and replacements for you.
Are lists of the best real estate VA companies objective?
Check who wrote them. Many of the lists we found in search were written by a company on the list, which ranked itself first. This one is written by Hire Now, so check each price on the company's own page and ask to hear a real call before you choose.
Does Hire Now provide acquisition managers or transaction coordinators?
Not yet. Hire Now screens real estate cold callers, lead managers, acquisitions assistants and dispositions assistants. For a closer or a transaction coordinator, a placement agency is the better route today.

Hear them before you hire

Every candidate has done a skills interview built from the real job. See the scores and hear a voice intro first, then pay EGP 5,000 (about $100) once per hire, and nothing on wages.
