    On their phone, in about 7 minutes, plus about 2 minutes for each question of yours. Free for them.

    You read and listen

    One private page ranks everyone: overall, spoken English, each skill, our notes and red flags, and every answer to play. Download it as a spreadsheet.

Spoken English is scored for how easy someone is to understand on the phone: clarity, fluency, pace and confidence, not accent.

What does the pilot cost?
Nothing, including anyone you hire from it. You send one link to 20 of your applicants, and we compare our top 5 with your best recruiter's top 5 from the same group.
What do we pay after the pilot?
EGP 5,000 (about $100) for each agent you hire from applicants screened through Hire Now. You press "Mark as hired" next to their name on your results page, and we email the invoice. The interviews themselves aren't charged, and applicants never pay anything.
Which roles can you screen?
Customer support by phone, chat and email support, technical support, sales development, appointment setting, cold calling and other US real estate calling roles, and virtual assistants. Each has its own interview built from the real job.
Is it in English?
Yes. Every answer is spoken in English and scored for clarity, fluency, pace and confidence as well as the skills of the role.
Do you contact or recruit our applicants?
No. We run the interview and give you the results. We don't contact, recruit or list your applicants for anyone else.
How long are recordings kept?
Recordings are deleted 90 days after each interview, so download anything you want to keep. The results also download as a spreadsheet.
