Sales and calling
Handle objections politely
Acknowledge, ask, then offer: how to reply to "I'm not interested", "I'm busy" and "How did you get my number?"

Acknowledge, ask, offer
An objection is usually a reflex, not a final answer. Don't argue. Acknowledge it, ask one short question to understand, then offer something small and easy to say yes to.
"I understand, most people I call aren't looking to sell right now. Out of curiosity, if the price were right, would you ever consider it?"
Common objections
- "I'm busy." Offer a specific callback time and confirm it.
- "Send me an email." Agree, then ask one question so the email is useful to them.
- "How did you get my number?" Answer honestly and calmly. If you don't know, say so and offer to remove them.
Know when to stop
If someone says no clearly, or asks not to be called again, thank them, end the call and log the request so they are not called again. Pushing past a clear no damages trust and can break US calling rules.
