We get this question on every sales call: "What happens if the hire doesn't work?" Here's the honest answer — what the 14-day guarantee covers, what it doesn't, and how the re-match actually runs.
What's covered
- Any reason inside the first 14 working days. No-call-no-show, English not what you expected, attitude problem, technical fit, "vibe" — all valid.
- Free re-match: shortlist of 3–5 new candidates within 5 business days.
- No new hire fee. The fee you paid carries over.
What's NOT covered
- Hires you marked active and worked with for 30+ days. After 30 days you're past the swap window — but our quarterly check-ins still apply.
- Rate disputes (we don't mediate hourly rate disagreements after you've agreed).
- Anything resulting from you skipping onboarding (see our 5-day plan).
How the re-match runs
Flag the hire in your dashboard or reply to any Hire Now email. Within 24 hours an admin contacts you to confirm what to adjust (different shift, lower rate, more experience). Within 5 business days you receive a fresh shortlist. Most clients are re-hired inside 10 calendar days end-to-end.
